We were told our car need all new front and rear brakes. We were told our car need all new front and rear brakes. When I declined and took our car to the mechanic we have gone to for 20 years. He stated We were told our car need all new front and rear brakes. When I declined and took our car to the mechanic we have gone to for 20 years. He stated that we had more then 50% life left on our brakes. It is sad that this company takes complete advantage of individuals. They even try getting us to sign up for a credit card so I could get the work done. Since I also need new tires the bill would have been over 2,000. I instead got all four tires at the place that told me the truth. Please beware, as there very convincing given the video of the inspection they send you. More

They are great with diagnosis and repair. Obviously I could complain about the prices being high but that's every dealership. The service advisors are all friendly and informative with any questions I might have. I would say I'm a difficult customer because I used to work on cars so I have decent mechanical knowledge and never ran into them trying to oversell me on services. They have a great pamphlet that accurately outlines your needed service for the milage of your vehicle. I'm very satisfied with the service department overall. I'd recommend them to anyone else because they are trustworthy and knowledgeable. The service manager who I always forget his name deserves a kudos for picking such a terrific team... More
