Didn't get a straight answer on the lift gate problem. Was told it could be 1 of 2 issues. It's a 50/50 issue. It's either the ECU? or the lift gate shocks. For $2500 they can fix both. Sergio was very attentive from the moment we arrived at Toyota. He quickly proceeded to check my car and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
