I've had a lot of cars in my lifetime, and I have to say that Sergio is one of the best service advisors I've had. He keeps me updated on the progress of my vehicle any time it's in for service and follows that Sergio is one of the best service advisors I've had. Actually, Sergio was my repair person. He was busy with someone else, and Daniel got me registered into the system. The technician couldn't find out why my Service Vehicle Soon light came He was busy with someone else, and Daniel got me registered into the system. The technician couldn't find out why my Service Vehicle Soon light came on, but they suspect a module on my electric car is failing. They did the software update that was pending. However, three days after getting the car back, the Service Vehicle Soon light came on again. I called Jessup this afternoon. I'm waiting for a call back. More
