Exceptional service Brought my CRV in for a software update recall. The service department was extremely busy, but Jessica Johnson arranged for everything to be complete Brought my CRV in for a software update recall. This is a great dealership. I will continue to drive there from New Hampshire for service and sales even though there are several Honda dealerships closer to my home. More

Once a happy customer, now sincerely disappointed I've bought 2 Hondas from them now and have been going to no one else but them for service. First Honda was a great experience. I went with my God fat I've bought 2 Hondas from them now and have been going to no one else but them for service. First Honda was a great experience. I went with my God father who has been working with the dealership since the early 90's. Second Honda I bought I went by myself (a young woman) thinking I could trust the salesperson and ended up trading in my 2013 Honda I bought from them that I loved, for a 2015 (turned out to be DOWNGRADE) and I now pay DOUBLE the money for it. Talk about getting screwed. On top of that, the NEW car had a stain on the roof that I found after taking the car home. They took it in TWICE to remove the stain which never came out. After calling and emailing the person I bought the car from he finally responded with "you'll have to contact insert name here" no contact number even after I asked for it. Long story short, I've had the car over a year. The stain remains and they just FAILED me for my inspection sticker!!! How does a new car fail? Kid said I had a slightly cracked fog light that he wanted to charge me $300 to fix in order to pass it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!???! It was a Sunday and Phil who is always wonderful, pleasant and friendly unfortunately wasn't there. Phil gets 5 stars. Besides that, After my prepaid oil changes are up, I will not be returning to this establishment. I feel taken advantage of, walked over and screwed over not only by the sales department but now service too :( More

Easy Purchase experience Great process. I was upset that the vehicle wasn't able to be brought to a closer location but the salesperson Sergio delivered it to me upon purchase Great process. I was upset that the vehicle wasn't able to be brought to a closer location but the salesperson Sergio delivered it to me upon purchase traveling 3 hrs each way ( due to traffic and weather) to make it easy for me. The 2012 Honda Ridgeline is awesome and I'm thrilled to find one in such great shape. More

Sergio listened carefully to what I did (and did not) want from my purchase and did not once overplay the salesman role or try to steer me towards anything but what I asked for. I really appreciated that. Khalid was also a pleasure to work with on the finance end and did not push me on options or arrangements that I was not interested in - also very much appreciated. The whole experience was terrific from walking in the door to driving away with my new (used) CR-V. I would absolutely recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. More

Excellent purchase experience of a fine car. Sergio answered my questions and let the car sell itself. Great Service at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington I had a power steering flush, a coolant flush a fuel injection cleaning, an oil change, tires checked, etc. in preparation for winter.
