All the financial combinations and possibilities were laid out concisely and in terms very easy to understand. Overall I could not be happier with the transaction. The 0.05 points deducted are for the last few items on the last page of the final checklist not being filled out (battery test, etc., and, although the window sticker claimed the price included a full tank of gas, my tank was at 1/2 full when I drove away. Both very minor details, but not perfect. However, Sergio's service was, indeed, perfect. Thank you, Herb Chambers Honda. More

Unlike other sales people I've dealt with, he never pushed me in any way, just gave me the information and answered my questions, so I could make my own decision. It was quite refreshing! And last Saturday I brought my car in for service, and even though there was a pretty long line when I arrived, the staff was very efficient, so the wait was not as long as I thought it would be and my car was ready in a little over an hour! I will be back for service in the future and I will recommend the dealership to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle! More
