They made the purchasing transaction streamline and easy for me. Patrick S. in particular was excellent; I could not be happier with the job he did. On another note, I wish dealerships in general would stop with the high-pressure sales pitches regarding extended warranties. It's very annoying and insulting for a finance manager to pretend he cares about my welfare while he pushes these expensive warranties, which seldom benefit the consumer. One of the reasons I chose Honda was because of their great reputation for reliability. More

Once a happy customer, now sincerely disappointed I've bought 2 Hondas from them now and have been going to no one else but them for service. First Honda was a great experience. I went with my God fat I've bought 2 Hondas from them now and have been going to no one else but them for service. First Honda was a great experience. I went with my God father who has been working with the dealership since the early 90's. Second Honda I bought I went by myself (a young woman) thinking I could trust the salesperson and ended up trading in my 2013 Honda I bought from them that I loved, for a 2015 (turned out to be DOWNGRADE) and I now pay DOUBLE the money for it. Talk about getting screwed. On top of that, the NEW car had a stain on the roof that I found after taking the car home. They took it in TWICE to remove the stain which never came out. After calling and emailing the person I bought the car from he finally responded with "you'll have to contact insert name here" no contact number even after I asked for it. Long story short, I've had the car over a year. The stain remains and they just FAILED me for my inspection sticker!!! How does a new car fail? Kid said I had a slightly cracked fog light that he wanted to charge me $300 to fix in order to pass it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!???! It was a Sunday and Phil who is always wonderful, pleasant and friendly unfortunately wasn't there. Phil gets 5 stars. Besides that, After my prepaid oil changes are up, I will not be returning to this establishment. I feel taken advantage of, walked over and screwed over not only by the sales department but now service too :( More
