Buying a new car was pleasure This is the fifth Honda that we have purchased from Herb Chambers. We needed to buy this car as a result of a rear-ending that caused the total loss o This is the fifth Honda that we have purchased from Herb Chambers. We needed to buy this car as a result of a rear-ending that caused the total loss of our old Accord. It was a pleasure to work with Sergio and Evan. Sergio is knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, took the time to explain all of our options, and helped us make the best choice. Evan, in addition to helping us with the financing, gave us some great tips to help us negotiate with our insurance company regarding the value of the totaled Accord. Outstanding Customer Service I recently had to have my Honda CRV towed to Herb Chambers in Burlington. I bought my CRV here and the service has been nothing short of stellar. I I recently had to have my Honda CRV towed to Herb Chambers in Burlington. I bought my CRV here and the service has been nothing short of stellar. I had to have a dead battery replaced and an oil change. I have a prepaid oil change program card which was in my glove compartment. They did not charge me for the oil change and took my word for it about the prepaid card and I will have it punched twice on my next oil change. Now that's customer service. I have been to the dealership probably 4 times since purchasing my CRV and they have always exceeded my expectations. If all businesses ran like this, it would be a much better world and we'd all be VERY happy customers. I highly recommend Herb Chambers and would buy again from them in a heart beat! More
