We went to you and Sergio take a very good care of us , without pressure us working towards our budget and offering options we got a CR-V 11. One happy year until 11/21 I got in an accident totaling my loved car. Sergio, you're the best . Thanks for such a great help. As I had prove my love to your work, I did bring my friend Helena over there and she got a car with you...and I'll do it again to who ever ask me about to get a car! I had fought with other dealers who severely under-offered my trade-in and treated me poorly because I was a young female shopping solo. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. There was only one car that was within my budget, but they didn't pressure me to look at more expensive cars. Sergio was very helpful, informative, and low-key. As soon as he saw me looking at the tires, he started measuring them to give me the life left. The first number they gave me for the trade-in was the actual fair price for it. When I asked for a few hundred more, he came back very pleasantly and told me they would do that. I was actually stunned. No fighting, no stonewalling. Totally painless. They've won me over and I am recommending my family and friends for sure. I will keep them in mind next time I purchase (which hopefully won't be for another few years...)! More

It was a very smooth transaction. I called the dealership and spoke with Jerry, general manager, he told me come to store and he will takes care everything. As We visited the store, greeted by Sergio, took the vehicle our for a spin. Back to the dealership, Billy came over showed us the figure, I accepted and signed the P&S. Now the fun is about to begin. I thought I have to fight for the interest rate. It was not at all. TJ came over introduced him to me and my wife, explained his role to us. Five minutes, he came back, let us know that I have an excellent credit that qualify for 2.9%. He invited us into his office, while we were in his office. He explained to us thorough what we need for our new vehicle. A lot of good items but I found that only the service contract make sense to us. So it was a great experience, very smooth and I am strongly recommend this dealership to all my friends and everyone that looking for a HONDA. Remember to call Jerry. More
