Sergiu attentive from drop off to pick up! A Big Spacibo(thank you) to Sergiu after servicing my Infiniti vehicle at Younger Nissan. Even though my tires we ordered were delayed in delivery Ser A Big Spacibo(thank you) to Sergiu after servicing my Infiniti vehicle at Younger Nissan. Even though my tires we ordered were delayed in delivery Sergiu did not fail to keep me updated on their status. After they finally arrived I was taken care of quickly and was given a loaner during the service. He was kind enough to upgrade the loaner to a more larger car even though it was just for a day. After their inspection, a laundry list of things found was not too much of a surprise for a 10 year old vehicle but the additional cost on top of “preformance special order tires” was not expected... fortunately he pointed out the important items which was more manageable and agreed to do the others at future oil changes. They were completed quickly as promised and I was back on the road without skipping a beat. I was even greeted by the Dealerships EVP Mike to make sure my experience was more than expected... I would definitely recommend having your vehicle serviced by Younger! More

I was told the check engine light was on when it came in but it wasn't. I asked if they could check what it was and they said express service doesn't do that so I left and read online what the wrench light was and it seemed ok to drive but something was wrong so i went to Advance auto parts and they checked the dash warning lights and was related to air sensors so we opened hood and the air filter sensor was unplugged so we plugged back in and lights went off. Why service advisor didn't do more was beyond me!!! Also when I bought the car in Jan 2017 battery was dead for test drive so they jumped it and after test drive I bought the car left but the battery died at my next stop , they did replace battery but now June 2017 they say battery is bad and not under warranty so I complained to service manager and he wasn't convinced the air sensor was unplugged but did agree to replaced battery. Thanks even though the first two experiences were not so good they did make everything good after taking extra of my time and having to talk to a manage so only 2 stars. More

Service Keeps Getting Worse Just got back from having my Altima serviced here. I went in for an oil change and to fix two recalls issues. Every time I go into Younger Nissan, I f Just got back from having my Altima serviced here. I went in for an oil change and to fix two recalls issues. Every time I go into Younger Nissan, I feel their main goal is to separate as much money as possible from me. This is actually the third car I've bought from this dealership (and it used to go by Frederick Nissan). I really like the Nissan product, but I'm growing really tired of the poor service at this dealership (which is the only close option for me). Anyway, even though I'm a three-time purchaser who has had EVERY SINGLE SERVICE on my vehicles done at this dealership, it's like a shell game every time I go in there. In addition to the general rudeness of the employees I had to deal with today, I also had to ask for the $14.95 oil change price that they advertise with a giant banner hanging on the side of the business -- and when I did, the service guy rolled his eyes. (He had charged me $35.) My hopes of getting in and out quickly and cheaply were dashed when they told me that I needed two different kinds of air filters and new tires. On the recommended services print-out given to me, it read "buy three tires and get the 4th for a penny" but the service guy said that deal was no longer going on. Again: It was on the sheet of paper he handed to me. I always feel like I'm getting conned when I go in here. I really like Nissan vehicles but this dealership is changing my mind about that. I'd avoid this place at all costs (and there will be costs) and try somewhere else. More

Great service and friendly helpful staff Went in with my 2006 Nissan Frontier which had brake problems. I knew it wasn't good because I could smell the brakes on the left front. Sergiu came back later with the problem diagnosed and I weighed the pros and cons of trading the vehicle in for a newer model. Kim Jefferson helped me to make that decision with good sound advice. I drove home in a 2014 Nissan Frontier and no longer worry about what will go wrong with my vehicle next. More
