So patient, so ready to answer questions, made time for extra in-service on all the bells and whistles that I did not have on my previous car. Now, the time had come for the real test...the service department. I drove up for my 6000 mile oil change still with questions that the service manager patiently answered. I was made to feel important and that my questions were valid. The service was finished before I finished with the work I brought....wow!...that's a change. The technician went over what the service covered, I paid my bill, was walked to my now-washed-car and sent on my way with a smile!! More

Great express service The express service where no appointment is wonderful especially since every other maintenance milestone recommended by Subaru is covered in the expre The express service where no appointment is wonderful especially since every other maintenance milestone recommended by Subaru is covered in the expresss service (oil change and tire rotation/alignment) but they also did a multi-point inspection and the free car wash which were a bonus for me. I usually try and make an appointment but the option to run in without an appointment was extremely convenient for me this time around. Waited like 35 minutes MAX and that was with the car wash, and the guest lobby is stocked with snacks, pop, water and coffee and free WiFi. Everyone in the service department is super friendly and accommodating and answered all the questions I had! More

Not only did they do my oil change but they also rotated my tires I needed to get an oil change and check why my phone was no syncing with my car.
