My first purchase experience with salesman Bruce Holmes was pleasant and fun. His knowledge of the cars made my selection easy. After purchase, service appointments were quick and convenient. The service department stands behind a priority policy of keeping cars safe, and really listens! When I needed to replace my first Forester, getting another one was an easy decision! We were able to complete the transaction and send me on my way in my new car within 3 hours! He introduced me to Robert in the service dept who was also very nice. They have provided me with excellent care of our Subie as well as quality customer service to our daughter & her family for their 2005 Forester. On New Years Eve we took delivery of our 2014 Outback 2.5i Limited thanks to the superb friendly help & assistance from our Sales Consultant David Dombrowski who found the Outback we wanted equipped the way we wanted it with our color choice, etc. We enjoyed a very pleasant experience with David from the beginning of the process to the delivery of our new Subaru.
