Went in for a recall notice Good place. Have used them many times for service and for buying OEM Ford parts. The property itself; well the inside of the building could use a go Good place. Have used them many times for service and for buying OEM Ford parts. The property itself; well the inside of the building could use a good cleaning. Block walls near the cashier are covered in black dust/dirt. The parking lot is terrible in terms of space and line of sight. They have so much inventory, there is hardly any room anywhere for customer parking and if you are luck to find a spot it's in the back 40. It's a little hairy driving around because you just can't see very well with all of the inventory. Last thing I want to do is wipe out a brand new vehicle. As far as customer service, they are second to none. I cannot overstate this. The quality of their work is superior as far as anything I have ever had done there. I would recommend VanBortel to anyone. More

Tops in customer service I had to take my car in for some repairs recently. As usual, Van Bortel Ford's customer service and service departments were outstanding. They communi I had to take my car in for some repairs recently. As usual, Van Bortel Ford's customer service and service departments were outstanding. They communicated what should be done, the price, and all repairs were completed in a timely manner. There were no surprises. I also loved driving the loaner car and was so thankful to have one. I was able to keep my appointments that day. I always recommend Van Bortel Ford. More

Not entirely pleased My Explorer with 18K miles decided to set the serpentine belt free thanks to a pulley failure. I had it towed to your dealership because it was closes My Explorer with 18K miles decided to set the serpentine belt free thanks to a pulley failure. I had it towed to your dealership because it was closest to my residence. When contacted by the service advisor, he asked me if I had an appointment, which of course, I didn't. I was told it would be two days before my Explorer would be repaired, but t shouldn't be more than an hour to an hour and a half of labor, so it shouldn't be too costly. I reminded him it only had 18K miles and was a 2017 model year. He then said it would probably be covered under warranty. Probably....hmmm. Anyway, on a whim, I stopped on my way home from work to make sure my Explorer was locked as I have several accountable pieces of equipment stored inside. I found my Explorer parked all the way to the north end of the lot backed up to the rear access road to Wegmans.....unlocked. Thankfully, nothing was missing. I had asked the tow operator to lock it, but sis not know for sure who was responsible, but was glad I stopped to check. At the end of the following day, I was told my Explorer was ready. I grabbed my keys, signed the warranty repair, and found my Explorer unlocked in the lot. I guess that answers the mystery of who left it unlocked the day before. Now, I do not wish to berate the dealership, but I'm guessing this is a widespread problem. Being in law enforcement, this could have cost me a great deal more than aggravation of waiting two days for a repair. I could have lost vacation days for missing accountable items, or been financially responsible for their replacement. Just saying..... More
