Good service My visit was very satisfactory. However I do have a suggestion. If a system could be installed allowing the tracking of your vehicle during service si My visit was very satisfactory. However I do have a suggestion. If a system could be installed allowing the tracking of your vehicle during service similar to the same in hospitals. This could be posted on a screen in the customer waiting lounge so the customer could see how the vehicle is progressing. This would also elinate several visits to the service desk to ask the same questions. More

Great. Excellent. Thorough My truck had been to local dealerships 7 times in 6 months for a leak. Nobody got it right. When one leak got fixed another sprung. Finally gave up and took my truck 90 miles back to van bortel (where I bought it) and they took care of it. The rep and actual mechanic were fantastic and knew what they were doing. Especially the technician/mechanic Jeremy. Like a ford surgeon. Very impressed More

Love my new truck I loved this dealship with their no hassle pricing. I went in told them what I wanted and had a truck picked out within the hour. The price is flat ou I loved this dealship with their no hassle pricing. I went in told them what I wanted and had a truck picked out within the hour. The price is flat out none of the running to my boss back and forth nonsense for hours and magically the price drops hundreds of dollars after you waste half your day there. I also took advantage of their loaner program which gets you into an essentially new truck for a discounted price! More
