Our Service department is dedicated to making our customers comfortable and their cars maintained and safe. We provide two waiting areas stocked with fresh coffee and donuts complimentary as well as other refreshments available. We have four service writers and 15 technicians, which includes three master techs, waiting to assist you.

I haven’t been back for a while but because I’m back working in Florence and I stand by my Toyota I came back to Florence Toyota for service. They were great - scheduled an appointment when I wanted it, working in Florence and I stand by my Toyota I came back to Florence Toyota for service. Normally I don’t go this far with these types of things but my experience with the dealership has been horrible. I have taken my car in thats still under warranty with 18,000 miles on it 5 times and still but my experience with the dealership has been horrible. I have taken my car in thats still under warranty with 18,000 miles on it 5 times and still no resolve. I have also spoken with the service manager and he basically tried to blame me for his service worker and advisor not communicating on why I came back in after a week. He also said to me that he has to side with his service guy😳. Why would I not explain why I’m returning a week later. This guy is completely uncaring. As a woman I feel like it’s sex discrimination. If I were a man this would have been resolved before 5 different visits. And I have been charged 3 different time based on guesses at to why my car is shaking at certain speeds. It’s a mess and I’m annoyed that I as a woman was not treated properly. Def feel taken advantage of. Smh More

I bought a new set of Michelin tires two days ago. My brand new tires were filthy dirty, a lot worse than the ones I rolled In on. I expect better service than that. I was actually ashamed of the way the brand new tires were filthy dirty, a lot worse than the ones I rolled In on. I expect better service than that. I was actually ashamed of the way they looked (mud/dirt/cobwebs covered every tire. After a trip to the car wash and the purchase of cleaner, the tires now look great! Very disappointed in the lack of attention to details. More

The service I received from Florence Toyota's service department was wonderful. Although the individual I was scheduled to meet was not in, they made sure I was in and out in a timely manner and worked department was wonderful.
