This dealership thinks because they sell Toyotas they will always have business because Toyota is a good car. However this dealership had to understand that if they keep up their shady practices they wil will always have business because Toyota is a good car. I dislike Florence Toyotas practices, customer service, finance department (especially the foreign guy who’s been working there for years). I give them a -1!!! More

I do not like the new setup. My first visit took 2 hours for fluid check and tire rotation, but this last visit took less than an hour to change oil and tire rotation. Jerome did a fantastic job. I was told the process could take 1 1/2 to 2 hours, and I was done in less than an hour.
