The only sour note with our experience was our encounter with internet sales manager Seth, who presented with a very abrasive and condescending tone. One needs to keep in mind that customers walk away with not only a vehicle purchased, but also with the overall salesman-customer encounter and lasting impression/experience, which even a long-term salesman like Seth did not keep in mind. However, Raul, who has less years in comparison, completely nurtured this concept, which helped to maintain our positive experience overall. Because of him, we are highly satisfied with our vehicle purchase, and we highly recommend Raul as your next salesman if you are looking to purchase a vehicle from Toyota of Gladstone. More

Dusty helped my find a car within an hour of arriving at the dealership. He was easy going and straight to the point. I did not feel any pressure from him to buy a car during my visit there. There was no aggression whatsoever which I really appreciate. Dusty was very informative about all the options and features of various car models which really helped me decide on a car. Maricela was very responsive and had a high level of costumer service through the whole process to complete the deal. The level of engagement over text and email was much appreciated. I arrived at the dealership to pick up the Tacoma and saw the 4Runner Limited I really wanted. Maricela quickly pivoted to show me the 4Runner and made the deal happen. While we were waiting for finance she sat with me and visited. Maricela is a super nice, kind human. The world needs more Maricela’s. She single handedly made me a super fan of Gladstone Toyota and I will definitely tell others about her and my experience with the dealership. Thanks for marking the car buying experience so great! Be Very Cautious. This dealership does not have honest business practices. They practice the bait and switch with false advertising. They offer “Express Car Buying” that is 100% online through their website. I picked out a Toyota Tacoma, that was dealer discounted, and followed the instructions to buy it online. After I was hooked, I received a call from a sales person letting me know that the dealer discount expired 3 weeks ago, but they have the exact truck and I would have to pay $3,000 more. The sales person tried using the excuse that they don’t update the inventory on their website frequently. Such a poor excuse for a major dealership and not acceptable. They refused to honor the price, which is unacceptable for good management that runs a tight ship. Clearly, mistakes are common and they would be out of business if they had to fix them all. Either it is lousy management full of mistakes, or they are using false advertising to sell cars. Whichever the case, it is not professional. More
