Andy Wingo, my sales associate, was excellent in getting back to me, sending me the pictures I asked for, and most importantly he negotiated very well on my behalf with the sales manager. All parties were able to come out of this transaction with a "win win " feeling. The customer service was excellent from start to finish when we started the deal all the way to picking up the vehicle at the dealership. I wish every car I ever bought went this smoothly. They made some calls and had it shipped in from another Kia dealer and wound up delivering it to my doorstep! I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. More
