It was a pleasure to do business at this dealer. Both Sandy and Seymour were great to deal with and everyone took the time to ensure we were satisfied and educated about the vehicle. This was the best new car purchase experience I have had throughout my car buying years. I was treated with respect and admired for the information I had researched prior to going to the dealership. My Sales Associate Seymour Buchanan and I have been communicating through emails, calls, and texts since last spring due to the pandemic. I knew what I wanted and when Seymour had an available car that I might consider, he contacted me immediately. We worked together coming to an agreed and accepted offer. Seymour has a wonderful personality, is a great asset to Treasure Coast Lexus and has become a good friend. Having bought a Lexus previously I knew what to expect from a Lexus dealership and everyone lived up to my expectations. Everyone I met was extremely personable, courteous and very friendly. There were many people who work at Treasure Coast Lexus from the New York area where I had lived, and we reminisced about where we formerly spent our previous years. Fun going down memory lane!
