I was initially quite disappointed and perturbed after dealing with Kudos goes out to Seymour Buchanan for making Treasure Coast Lexus look good!!! I was initially quite disappointed and perturbed after dealing with my sales Rep. However Semore noticed my disappointment w/ the service I had received and stepped up just as I was about to drive off. He asked if I had been satisfied… and if there was anyway he could do to assist… and he did! Semore took my car to the back ( had it washed, cleaned and corrected my tire pressure he noticed was off balance). Contrary to my sales Rep (won’t mention his name) who 1st had problems getting my info up on his computer page( for my car’s history and my appointment service request). He had quite a few customer service “no-no”. He checked my vehicle in but later informed me they did not have the parts at the time but to bring it back. Also”loaners “are limited. I really felt he could have done better in trying to win my business as I had mentioned to him that I was a previous customer of Lexus of Pembroke Pines and Lexus of North Miami and just moved to the Treasure Coast; Won’t get in to details here, but they just lost my business Btw: this is my 3rd Lexus vehicle and I’ve never taken my Lexus Vehicle anywhere else other than the Lexus dealer for service or collision 💥. I am a very loyal customer when the service is good and the price is fair. If o do return sometime in the future it wld be only because of Semore giving their service department a glimpse of hope for successful customer service. But then again, he isn’t even in service, he’s in sales; just happened to be passing through… Thank Semore More

Special mention goes out to Seymour Buchanan who also went above and beyond (even though it was not his sale) in assisting me with retrieving items from my car that i traded-in.after it had already been moved into the shop.
