This is our 3rd vehicle purchase from Daytona Toyota (because…Seymour 😊) I’ve been getting maintenance for 3 years on my Tundra & always had good service. However, this time on top of stellar work, I had a wonderful experience with my counter person, Thomas. He was so helpful & gave excellent customer service. He told me about an hour wait & when it went past an hour, He came to apologize & said they were taking care of it & wouldn’t be too much longer which was greatly appreciated. He could have called me over the intercom and told me -instead -he came to me with a heads up. I am extremely happy with the customer service I received from the time I made the appointment all the way to the end. He explained what they took care of, their recommendations for further maintenance clearly and answered my questions in a way that was helpful & not condescending. I hope he is my counter person going forward. More
