My wife and I are always hesitant to go to car dealerships, but we met some amazing people at Roseville Infiniti that actually restored our confidence in this business a lot.Shah Atebar, the gener dealerships, but we met some amazing people at Roseville Infiniti that actually restored our confidence in this business a lot.Shah Atebar, the general manager, took personal interest in my wife’s transaction of a new Infiniti QX 60, and made a great case for its engineering value versus our three year-old Mercedes. We were very hesitant, but his Product Specialist Esther, took so much time, care, and patience with her knowledge of the product that it made the entire process that much more reassuring and enjoyable. Plus, the interior of the vehicle is just gorgeous, with its quilted saddle, brown leather. Really exceptional quality. My wife and I can’t say enough good things about Esther, and Shah, and would recommend Roseville Infiniti to anybody that even wants to sample a car shopping experience again just to see how good it can be these days. This would've been our 4th car here in 16 years. This man totally blew the sale. Shah tried to force the Stargard system on us. I told Jason I didnt want it, wouldnt pay for it. Shah stated it This man totally blew the sale. Shah tried to force the Stargard system on us. I told Jason I didnt want it, wouldnt pay for it. Shah stated it was put on for the dealerships benefit. Shah insisted we buy it because "he wasn't going to pay his guy an hour, hour and a half to pull it off". That was an extra $900. We were $2700 apart on final price with that deleted. Didn't even try to split the difference, which I probably would've accepted. He told me that we won't be making a deal with basically no emotion. Totally ruined your reputation by his take-it-or-leave-it attitude. I was insulted. We are a legacy customer and that's ridiculous treatment. Felt sorry for the salesman. He was great. He deserved the sale. Infiniti as a brand is going down the toilet. Do the research. I'm done with them. More
