loyalist I personally know of no other dealership that is more accommodating personable and easy to deal with than Heiser Toyota, the shining star at the estab I personally know of no other dealership that is more accommodating personable and easy to deal with than Heiser Toyota, the shining star at the establishment is James Hicks. I believe the Toyota Rav 4 I just purchased was my third vehicle purchased through Mr Hicks. On this occasion I also dealt with Mr Shahat Mohamed who gave me more than a basic run down of my new vehicles features and operating system, he was absolutely amazing patient and very thorough, both gentlemen are total assets to Heiser Toyota, very knowledgeable and extremely courteous.
