Don’t lie to me and say appointments only on Sunday and when I get here for an 11am appt there are 5 cars ahead of me because you do take walk ins and the best you can do is 1 1/2hr wait. Had an appointment to view a Civic hatchback. We drove 25 miles to see the car and Shahar calls me 15 minutes before we arrive telling me it was sold. I would not have driven there if I had known. He said they had a similar car in transit so I tried to make a deal on that car. He/ the manager would not go below MSRP and in fact they added numerous inflated dealer fees. No wiggle room at all. I don't recommend him or Rick Case Honda. More
