We would have given a 5 rating on everything, however, it would be nice if you come to the table with a NO HAGGLE price rather than back and forth as you did with us. Then we go to finance and we get hit with maintenance options which was not even on the table during the time we were working on a price we could afford. This was frustrating and just plain not the way to do business with the back and forth! Happy we could come to a price we could afford on the vehicle but the maintenance options were not something we planned on top of our monthly cost. Very Happy with the car and with Shahz working with us and his patience, but the process was frustrating and we ended a bit over what we had budgeted due to the maintenance plan. More

I didn’t even sign the separate sheet agreeing to the purchase of the app, so I don’t understand how it was even legal to add the cost on the finance sheet. I did call back and ask to have the app removed and was told it couldn’t be. More
