Dealership is excellent. MO, Shak, Farhan and all other staff have been very helpful and friendly since the beginning of the deal. We had a very good service except Alex’s be MO, Shak, Farhan and all other staff have been very helpful and friendly since the beginning of the deal. We had a very good service except Alex’s behavior which ruined everything in the end. This Finance Manager sent our papers to Minneapolis instead of Seattle and never bothered to check what happened till we asked Shak and Farhan to intervene. Very irresponsible person indeed. These kind of employees will lower the rating of the Dealership. General Manager should take a note of this. More
