I recently purchased my 2025 Ford Explorer ST, and I need to give the biggest shoutout to Jordan Adeyemi, Shameel Carty, and Chelsie Aragon at Empire Toyota of Huntington. These three absolutely delivered th to give the biggest shoutout to Jordan Adeyemi, Shameel Carty, and Chelsie Aragon at Empire Toyota of Huntington. These three absolutely delivered the BEST car-buying experience I have ever had. The day before, I had a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience at the Empire CDJR store in West Islip with Justin Adam’s the preowned sales manager and finance staff there. The process felt confusing, disorganized, and left me feeling misled and honestly regretting even trying to buy a car that day. I walked out frustrated and my child scared because of the way Justin treated us that day . (stay away from empire CDJR west islip) Then I walked into Empire Toyota of Huntington, the following day and everything changed instantly. Jordan Adeyemi greeted me with honesty, patience, and professionalism. He listened to what I had been through and immediately made me feel respected and understood. He was knowledgeable, straight-up, and genuinely focused on helping me—not selling to me. Shameel Carty took the deal to another level. He broke everything down clearly, never rushed me, and made sure I was fully informed every step of the way. No surprises, no pressure, no nonsense—just real transparency. And Chelsie Aragon in finance deserves major credit. After dealing with the chaos at the other location the day before, she was a breath of fresh air. She explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and handled the entire financing process with honesty and professionalism. She made sure I understood every detail and left no room for confusion. THAT is how finance should be done. Jordan, Shameel, and Chelsie didn’t just sell me a car— they restored my trust in dealerships completely. I left with my 2025 Explorer ST feeling confident, valued, and extremely grateful that I ended up at the Huntington location instead of settling for the treatment I received elsewhere. Yoelis was great — friendly, professional, efficient. This dealership however was disappointing. On Thursday, I bought a car over the phone, put down a deposit, and was told it would be delivered to me o This dealership however was disappointing. On Thursday, I bought a car over the phone, put down a deposit, and was told it would be delivered to me on Monday afternoon. Monday rolls around, and I get a call saying that they sold the car out from under me over the weekend and the new buyer had already taken the car. Apparently Sham, who sold me the car, wasn’t working on whatever day and so no one else knew that the car had been sold? But, make it make sense. How could a car that had a deposit on it and that had a contract already drawn up and was just waiting for me to sign it at delivery not be clearly marked as sold to all the other salespeople? I find it hard to believe, but I digress. They ended up selling me a different car of the same model, but it was not the color I originally wanted and actually cost $300 more because it was the special pearl white. It worked out in the end, sure, but this was an incredibly frustrating, stressful, and unsatisfactory car buying experience as a whole. More
