Update - 3/23/26 - I was able to make an appointment for 3/24/26 at 6:15pm to test drive the 2025 Rav 4 that's supposedly still in stock, but was sold months ago. Was also told that if all goes well, I'd be 3/24/26 at 6:15pm to test drive the 2025 Rav 4 that's supposedly still in stock, but was sold months ago. Was also told that if all goes well, I'd be able to take it home tomorrow night. I can't wait to see how this goes. This dealership is now selling magic cars. Update - 3/22/26 - That Rav 4 is still on your site & your dealership again confirmed it was available for sale. A full day after being told it was taken down off of the site. Update - 3/21/26 - I just clicked "Confirmed Availability" on their site for a car that was sold months ago & got a confirmation from Lauren Brode, letting me know "We have that RAV4 available for sale with an MSRP of $41,663." Glad to see that car was never taken down like we were told & you're still trying to get people into your dealership by bait & switch. Classic bait & switch. We stopped in earlier today to look at a 2025 Rav 4, we were told was in stock. Upon walking in, we were greeted by Omar, one of their sales people. We sat down & he couldn't find the car in the system. The sales manager came out to explain that there must have been some mix up, that car was sold months ago. Ok, why is it still on your site? It's still on your site as of this review posting (3/21/26). We even showed him it was available on the site. They tried to up us on other cars, but this was the one we went in expecting (After being told numerous times it was still available). We told Omar about another Rav 4 we'd like to look at & after looking through the system, he told us that it "just came in" and was being given a look over at their service dept & that he could take us there. In that time, someone came over to him about another order that Omar seemed to do something wrong with the insurance & as soon as that happened, Omar forgot about us. At no point did he bother to let us know that something came up or he'd be right back with us. We were basically just left there. About 30 mins later waiting for Omar to take us to the other car, we decided to leave. Thanks for wasting our time & money. Do yourself a favor & avoid this place. More

My experience at Empire Toyota was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I purchased a vehicle that still had an active lien on the title, which prevented me from taking possession of the disappointing and unprofessional. I purchased a vehicle that still had an active lien on the title, which prevented me from taking possession of the car immediately. As a result, I was forced to wait over two weeks before finally receiving the vehicle. When I later returned to cancel a Vehicle Service Agreement, I was told the cancellation had been processed and that a refund was issued. After following up directly with the financial services company, I was informed that the cancellation had never been submitted at all. Additionally, I was owed a $110 refund due to an error in the down payment amount. It has now been 34 days, and I still have not received this refund. I have returned to Empire Toyota four separate times attempting to resolve these issues, only to receive vague explanations and no actual resolution. The lack of transparency and follow-through has been extremely concerning. Their practices feel misleading, and customers who are not familiar with dealership processes are clearly disadvantaged. I would not recommend Empire Toyota and will not be doing business with them again. More

I recently purchased my 2025 Ford Explorer ST, and I need to give the biggest shoutout to Jordan Adeyemi, Shameel Carty, and Chelsie Aragon at Empire Toyota of Huntington. These three absolutely delivered the BEST car-buying experience I have ever had. The day before, I had a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience at the Empire CDJR store in West Islip with Justin Adam’s the preowned sales manager and finance staff there. The process felt confusing, disorganized, and left me feeling misled and honestly regretting even trying to buy a car that day. I walked out frustrated and my child scared because of the way Justin treated us that day . (stay away from empire CDJR west islip) Then I walked into Empire Toyota of Huntington, the following day and everything changed instantly. Jordan Adeyemi greeted me with honesty, patience, and professionalism. He listened to what I had been through and immediately made me feel respected and understood. He was knowledgeable, straight-up, and genuinely focused on helping me—not selling to me. Shameel Carty took the deal to another level. He broke everything down clearly, never rushed me, and made sure I was fully informed every step of the way. No surprises, no pressure, no nonsense—just real transparency. And Chelsie Aragon in finance deserves major credit. After dealing with the chaos at the other location the day before, she was a breath of fresh air. She explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and handled the entire financing process with honesty and professionalism. She made sure I understood every detail and left no room for confusion. THAT is how finance should be done. Jordan, Shameel, and Chelsie didn’t just sell me a car— they restored my trust in dealerships completely. I left with my 2025 Explorer ST feeling confident, valued, and extremely grateful that I ended up at the Huntington location instead of settling for the treatment I received elsewhere. If you’re shopping for a car, do yourself a favor and go straight to Jordan, Shameel, and Chelsie at Empire Toyota of Huntington. They will treat you the right way, respect your time, and deliver the kind of service every customer deserves. More
