I when into Banister Ford on 21 May 2022 to purchase my 2022 Mustang GT. I received my vehicle on 21 June 2022. At first, there was a lot of running around and questions left unanswered. Quite frankly, 2022 Mustang GT. I received my vehicle on 21 June 2022. At first, there was a lot of running around and questions left unanswered. Quite frankly, I had every intention of going to purchase the vehicle at another dealership. I wanted to say a huge thank you to Amir for calling Ford and the Zone Rep everyday. Amir was very kind and empathetic about the situation. Whenever he received information or updates, he would reach out and let me know. In addition, Devron, the GM, also reached out to me and explained the situation to me. He made sure that I knew what was going on with my vehicle and the timeline. Devron, Amir, Sajjad, and Shana, thank you for all of your assistance and hard work with getting me my vehicle. Thank you for being kind and empathetic with my situation. The four (4) of you truly changed my opinion about Banister Ford and my my crappy situation a better one. More

Shana, Amir, Sajjad are phenomenal people and had excellent customer service. However, the one (1) comes from my husband getting the run around about when his vehicle was going to arrive. From 21 May excellent customer service. However, the one (1) comes from my husband getting the run around about when his vehicle was going to arrive. From 21 May 2022 to present, he is still waiting on his car to arrive and it is as if upper management doesn’t give a xxxx about us or when his car is going to arrive. Due to this, I know that we will never be going to Banister Ford ever again to purchase another vehicle. Amir is the ONLY person who has been in constant communication with us and keeping us up to date on the situation. He is the ONLY person who has shown empathy and concerns about the situation. More

I was skeptical of this dealership after having dealt with the previous management team, but visiting last week to buy out my lease went smoother than I could have hoped.
