I’ve purchased 5 vehicles through Weber and have been a loyal customer since for the past 18 years. Each vehicle matched my needs at the time. I have to say my recent purchase of my Chevy Silverado Custom loyal customer since for the past 18 years. Each vehicle matched my needs at the time. I have to say my recent purchase of my Chevy Silverado Custom was the easiest I have ever done. I reached out online and Shana was amazing to work with. I told her exactly what I was looking for and what my needs were. Set up an appointment and went in to be presented exactly what I had in mind. She is super knowledgeable and a straight shooter! Due to Covid my experience at Weber felt more personal. Everything is by appointment so you get the one on one feel and the attention of everyone there. I recommend Chevy to anyone! They’ve grown up with me. From my bright yellow Cavalier for highschool, to my burnt orange Colbot for College, to my LTZ Cruze which my big girl job, to my Equinox when pregnant with my twins to now our Silverado Crew Cab we fish/hunt/camp and more with our 5.5 yr old boys. Above and beyond! We stopped in on a rainy Saturday to shop for a vehicle to replace the one we lost in an accident. My other half was not having the best day that day We stopped in on a rainy Saturday to shop for a vehicle to replace the one we lost in an accident. My other half was not having the best day that day and after looking at a few vehicles we were done. Shana was not only super understanding she continued to work and search for that "Perfect Fit". We returned later the following week and not only was my wife feeling better but Shana had done it. Love at first sight is an understatement. We tried a few other vehicles but nothing compared, I have one VERY happy woman. Thanks to Shana for going that extra mile, well extra several miles, and not giving up on us.
