My husband and I were trying to find a dealership that worked with us. We went first to the NOLA location but felt like we were not given the customer service you would expect from a luxury car brand. A f worked with us. We went first to the NOLA location but felt like we were not given the customer service you would expect from a luxury car brand. A friend suggested we try D’Iberville location. Wow we found the 10/10 customer service and professionalism we were looking for. Our agent was Shane Dusang who was phenomenal. We special ordered our 840i a few months ago and picked it up two days ago. We were consistently given updates throughout and when we did the purchasing he was prepared with all the paperwork ahead of time so we didn’t have to wait. Mandy was our finance manager and she was also 10/10 amazing, honest and very knowledgeable. We will be back and requesting Shane for our vehicles moving forward. More
