The Dealership as a whole has no equal in this area. Great facility throughout. I switched from Mercedes because of the service. I have not been disappointed.. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and and take care of everything.. If I have a problem, it would be with the sales management. I don’t believe their business model is competitive with the other BMW dealers in NO and Mobile and I recently turned down an offer to trade my BMW and buy a new model. So if I have too I will buy somewhere else and bring here for service. Hope that doesn’t happen but for now I can’t get on the same page with them.In closing BMW is a great product. More

I was at the dealership to get my 2019 x3 serviced. While I was there I expressed my interest in a 2016 x5 deisel that had been traded in. I wanted to purchase the x5 deisel and was working with one of While I was there I expressed my interest in a 2016 x5 deisel that had been traded in. I wanted to purchase the x5 deisel and was working with one of the managers and salesperson to get an appraisal of the vehicle I wanted to trade in for the purchase. My trade was appraised, I was shown what the purchase price would be for the x5 and I was ready to proceed but I was told the technician was not finished with the x5 and I would have to wait until everything was finished. The next day a Saturday, I was told all was complete. I asked the salespeson if I could come in on Monday to finish the deal because I live a long way from the dealership and she said yes, Monday will be fine. As agreed I called the salesperson to see what time she wanted me to come. I was told to come on. I immediately began the journey to the dealership. As mentioned before, I live a long way from the dealer. I was 3/4 of the way to the dealership when the salesperson told me another advisor was showing the 2016 x5. I asked her why, I had been working with her since she previous Friday and working with her manager on Sat. The salesperson then told me the people that were at the dealership looking at the vehicle had first shot at it and if they decided to buy it I would have to look at something else. When I was about a mile from the dealership I received a text that the vehicle had been sold. Why wasn't the vehicle I had wanted so badly not put aside until I got there to finish the deal? Why wasn't I told about the vehicle was in process of being sold to someone else before I got in my car to drive from Poplarville, MS all the way to Biloxi, MS. VERY VERY poor customer service and a total disregard for a long time customer and disregard of my time. More
