First, i want to start by saying everyone is SO NICE! !! This has been the worst car buying experience of my life. It had a few preexisting conditions that took 2 months to rectify including the catalytic !! This has been the worst car buying experience of my life. It had a few preexisting conditions that took 2 months to rectify including the catalytic converter and O2 sensors failing. my car smells like rubber and i drive normally, grandma-ish if you will so its not me driving crazy. My CarPlay radio didn’t work upon purchase and they had me come four times to try and fix it until they finally replaced it on the fifth visit. I live 50 minutes away, its not convenient or fun going there. Also, they talked me into a warranty that does absolutely nothing, a waste of $3500 that I wish I could get back. There is no negotiation on the price of the car meaning I paid and paying entirely too much compared to how much the car is worth More

Knowledgeable and transparent are two words I would use to describe my experience with Shane. Ideally, you would hope any major issues with your car would be kept at a minimum, but each time I’ve had to br to describe my experience with Shane.
