Above and Beyond I can't thank Shane Giese, Joel Owens and the team at Street VW enough. I live in Dallas, 6 hrs away and turned to Shane for some help with a car. I had terrible credit and little cash, but Shane not only found a nice used car, but got me financed as well. All I had to do was get my old Volvo to Amarillo. Of course it wasn't that easy, as the old car broke down halfway there. Shane and Joel got busy, prepped my car (new windshield) and sent it with a chase car to me. I signed the paperwork at a truckstop in Vernon, Tx, got my new car and drove happily home. That is truly a team that delivers! More

Each of the persons who helped me at Street Volkswagen was most professional and a pleasure to work with, including Madison Jonas, Shane Giese, Micah Barfield, and Marcelina Putri. I have never had a better experience at a dealership. And Madison, my sales representative, was truly amazing. He really cares about his customers and was very low-pressure, which for me was a big plus. He went out of his way to help me decide if I wanted a Passat or a Camry Hybrid by arranging for me to test drive both and answering my questions over the span of several days. He surprised me very pleasantly one evening after a concert I had performed in (and that he had attended) by handing me the keys to a Passat he had arranged for me to "take home" for the next 24 hours! That is dedication to your customers. In the end, it was Madison's personal attention and passion for the product he sells that won me over. I eventually fell in love with the Passat and was sold!
