Fantastic car buying experience! (Twice!!) I first looked at the VW Jetta hybrid online and then was paired with Dominic. At 59 years old I was buying the car for the first time without my father or my husband. The experience could have been daunting, but Dominic made it much easier and made it fun in the process. I trusted him completely and Dominic helped me to get the best trade-in value on my old car in addition to great financing on the new one! I was very particular about the color and interior that I wanted and Dominic made sure that I got exactly what I wanted even though they had to transport the car specially in to Amarillo. I would recommend him to everyone. Additionally, when my car was only 7 months old, it was totaled in an out of state accident. Dominic was one of the first people I contacted and within a week, I was in a new Jetta. I should add that his first priority was my safety and then he focused on getting me a new car. The whole Street dealership team worked hard to make it happen and most of the deal was completed by text message and phone calls. The car was delivered to me at work which is over a hundred miles from the dealership. Way to go! Excellent customer service!! I can't thank the Street family enough. Sean Boyles was also very patient with me as an older customer who needed some extra help deciphering the technology of her new car. His patience was greatly appreciated! Shane Giese was also very helpful and I will never be able to thank Jeanine Clement enough! She really helped with financing the first time around and has really helped me with the second car and dealing with the GAP insurance. This dealership treated me as a person and not just a potential sale from the very beginning. They now have a loyal customer for life!! The folks at Street were so helpful in keeping me informed about what was going on with the whole emissions issue. When I determined that I wanted VW to buy back the diesel and that I desired to purchase a new, gas-powered Golf, Joel Owens took the time to explain how the whole process would work, and he and Shane Giese found the EXACT car I was looking for. It was ready and waiting for me when I came in for my buyback appointment. (Many thanks to Sarah Powell for taking the time to explain various features of my new car.) The buyback and the purchase of the new car took less than two hours. The whole process was amazingly painless! I was able to drive away in my nice clean, brand-new car!
