The folks at Street were so helpful in keeping me informed about what was going on with the whole emissions issue. When I determined that I wanted VW to buy back the diesel and that I desired to purchase a new, gas-powered Golf, Joel Owens took the time to explain how the whole process would work, and he and Shane Giese found the EXACT car I was looking for. It was ready and waiting for me when I came in for my buyback appointment. (Many thanks to Sarah Powell for taking the time to explain various features of my new car.) The buyback and the purchase of the new car took less than two hours. The whole process was amazingly painless! I was able to drive away in my nice clean, brand-new car!
