From the moment we met with Gregg Steinberg (Sales) & Shane Lough (Finance Team) about a new vehicle for our family, they have gone way above & beyond the call of duty to help us achieve our goal. Not only did Gregg & Shane get us into a brand new Ford Explorer, when some lady pulled out in front of me only 4 months later, both Gregg & Shane helped us get our totaled vehicle taken care of with GAP insurance AND helped us get into ANOTHER brand new Ford Explorer! These guys are like family to us now and we will never shop anywhere else when the time for a new vehicle arises in the future. I will recommend Bozard Ford (and specifically Gregg & Shane) to everyone that mentions needing a new vehicle to me! Thank you Gregg! Thank you Shane!! And Thank You Bozard Ford!! A+++ More
