I love this dealership! My first purchase was 2013 and now I’m back to purchase a second vehicle. The first one is still in good shape thanks to the service department. Curtis Caldwell in the finance department also assisted me this time with this new purchase. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and outstanding with the numbers! I also made a new MBNZATHENS friend in Tonya. She was very patient with me as I tried to decide on which vehicle. She also was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and didn’t put any pressure. She actually listened to me which surprised me as I wasn’t even listening to my own ramblings. Tonya made the entire experience from initial outreach to car purchase an exceptional experience. I would definitely recommend her as well as the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle purchase in Athens. More

Mercedes Dealership so all very squeaky clean and very polite. Just not very helpful so can't give proper rating. I'm sure the service would be first rate but I'll never know. I took a Mercedes in for attention based on a recall notification. The letter stipulated that as well as attending to the recall, the service center would give the car a check over. I was interested in this part as I had recently acquired the vehicle and knew there were a couple of faults with it. After some time, I was handed the letter back and told the recall did not apply to my car (despite the car VIN matching the recall notice). As a result there was no further inspection of the vehicle. More

It was a great experience Shane is so nice. He kept me in touch while my car was being serviced for a few days. The only issue I have is they don’t make mask mandatory. My husband has had lung cancer and now touch while my car was being serviced for a few days. The only issue I have is they don’t make mask mandatory.
