After 2 failed attempts(Wednesday & Thursday) to obtain a new vehicle. My daughter decided to come to Hayes, and we were glad because the next day February 14th we drove off the lot with the vehicle she wan new vehicle. Do NOT buy a vehicle from out of state. They misrepresented the condition (both interior and exterior). Spent $75k only to have the vehicle show up with rips and tears in the leather in mul They misrepresented the condition (both interior and exterior). Do NOT trust their sales team….if you can’t physically put your eyes on the vehicle steer clear….their GM, Shawn could care less about you once they get their sale. More
