Wonderful service. I have used this service department for 15+ years (It was Bale originally). Their honesty and friendliness have always impressed me.I have been a bit I have used this service department for 15+ years (It was Bale originally). Their honesty and friendliness have always impressed me.I have been a bit worried since all three of the service managers I know have changed. Roy retired, Scott went to a another dealership, and Jason was promoted and is not pm the service floor. I had the tire light come on several times and was near the dealership. I called to let them know I was arriving. Everyone was alerted that I was "Roy's customer" and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. They plugged the tire and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I look forward to getting to know the new crew. More
