I have been a loyal customer with McLarty Honda for more than 10 years, driving 50 miles to have my car serviced with them because they were always trustworthy. That trusted experience ended when I drove my car approximately one mile from the service department and my 2014 Honda Accord stalled on a busy highway. Let me be clear, my car is in excellent condition, never, never had any problems with my car’s performance . Only took it to McLarty Honda for a simple oil change. After returning my car to McLarty Honda I was told that the service department put too much oil in my car causing oil to spill onto engine parts causing the engine to stall. This experience has ended my relationship with McLarty Honda. Never again.
