Uniquely wonderful car purchase experience My wife and I had been in the market for a new car for a few weeks and had been close to purchasing a BMW X5 as we had owed two BMWs in the past. I ha My wife and I had been in the market for a new car for a few weeks and had been close to purchasing a BMW X5 as we had owed two BMWs in the past. I had read good reviews of the Audi Q7 and we test drove one in our hometown of Bend, OR. We really liked the car but had a less than ideal experience with the local dealership which led me to check out Q7 inventories in the Pacific Northwest. This is how we found Audi Beaverton and Shane Randall. After a couple of email exchanges and a phone call, I knew I had found not only the car we wanted but a trustworthy, responsive and easy to work with sales associate with Shane. Although it was a long trip to and from Bend it was well worth the time as the purchase experience was seamless and quick. Shane has also been great about following up with us to ensure we're happy with the car and sharing videos of how to use a lot of the cool features in the Q7.
