I was interested in a rav4 prime, the salesman laughed at me and said he wouldn't order it, 2nd salesman laughed and said he wasn't going to waste his time. The manager said he would put my order in but I ne me and said he wouldn't order it, 2nd salesman laughed and said he wasn't going to waste his time. The manager said he would put my order in but I never got any verification. I month or so later called up to see if a highlander hybrid was a shorter wait time and no sales people would talk to me the receptionist said i would get a call back and I did not. I bought a new toyota from a dealer 5 hrs away, good job guys!!! More

Emily greeted me at my car! Apparently it was not my appointment time, I was off a week! She looked at her schedule and said she could fit me in! Thank you Emily! I figured it would take a couple of ho appointment time, I was off a week! She looked at her schedule and said she could fit me in! Thank you Emily! I figured it would take a couple of hours but a little less than an hour she found me in the showroom and said my car was done!! She did a great job on customer service! Thank you Emily for saving me a trip back! More

Great customer-focused service both before and after the sale. We have purchased 2 cars in the last 6 years and been very happy with the sales service.
