These reviews are not acurate. .These guys manage to make my life miserable for like 2 months..they did a recall on my lincoln and blew out the computer because it was done incorrec .These guys manage to make my life miserable for like 2 months..they did a recall on my lincoln and blew out the computer because it was done incorrectly..it took ford enginers 3 weeks to figure it out..then i took my offroad tacoma in and found out they screwed up my lug nut bolts like 5 of them..and after getting all this done the general manager did not approach me and apologize..never again been going to west hills and dealing with them, More
