Came in today for a possible new car. I found a car that I liked and was willing to negotiate on. I let them know my current payment and what was offered at the time was about $135 more than my payment. Fair enough wasn’t mean to be. Received a text 10 minutes after I left offering 375 a month. I wrote back advising I was willing to go up to 350 with a roof rack put on (raising my payment 30/month). They refused my offer. They had no interest in helping out/doing right by a long term and multi-repeat customer (I’ve bought my last 6-7 cars from them) and losing a sale and customer over 25/month. Told me to put 2k down instead. Yeah - nah. So much for customer loyalty. Not only lost this sale but lost a LONG term and repeat customer. I’ll be purchasing elsewhere from now on. 👎🏼 More
