3 hours for an oil change and the rudest service I’ve ever experienced. They called and offered me a free oil change. When I got there I couldn’t remember if it was a text or a call that I had received o ever experienced. They called and offered me a free oil change. When I got there I couldn’t remember if it was a text or a call that I had received offering me the oil change and wiper blades. they treated me as if I was lieing about it, telling me they needed proof of it, even though it was on my account. The guy that took our car in and gave it back was short with us, unfriendly and didn’t smile. More
