I went in for service for a light on my dashboard, that had actually gone out by the time of service. I kept the appointment because I had a tire rotation anyway. I was there 2 hours and they had done 3 had actually gone out by the time of service. I kept the appointment because I had a tire rotation anyway. I was there 2 hours and they had done 3 recalls which I was not aware of until an hour and a half in. When I got my car back, there was a new light on so they immediately took the 2024 CX-90 back in and reset that. I then left. I'd say 6/10 on satisfaction. Not bad, not great, but average. More

Eric in sales was also super responsive in helping resolve an issue and having my new vehicle delivered to me. Matt in finance was also no pressure, super personable and helpful. Can't ask for more. I'd purchase here again for sure. More
