I started the process of buying my new Charger on the internet. It seemed too easy. The information from the dealership was accurate and timely. I thought for sure they were hiding something. Not so. When I showed up on the lot unannounced, the treatment was straight forward and respectful. Had a great conversation with the Sales Consultant with no pressure whatsoever. All the information exchanged through emails was confirmed and the only item remaining was taking care of the paperwork. Which, by the way, went as smooth as the rest of the deal. I am 51 years old and have purchased numerous new vehicles. This experience with South Oak Dodge has been the best EVER. I will make sure that the next vehicle is one that South Oak sells, just because I want to deal with the staff rather than take a chance with another dealer. More

I had spoken via email with South Oak Dodge but had not visited due to the distance from my house. On Saturday morning Shanon called me again and I decided to finally drive the hour to see if they could get CLOSE to what I wanted. when I arrived Shannon introduced me to Al who listened to my situation and found 2 vehicles that he thought we could work with. During the test drive I knew I had found the perfect vehicle for my needs but was apprehensive about the cost. Once inside Al listened to my situation and came to me with an offer that I just could not believe! Every secret wish I had made in the months of searching was taken care of in one conversation, no running back and forth and no more haggling. I have the vehicle I have wanted for years at a price that I never imagined I could get. I will never work with another dealership again. Thank you Al and Shannon! More

If it wasn't for my sales people Robert Booth and Shannon Guest, I would have rated my experience as a terrible one. I did not get greeted one time on my visits to the dealership. She then introduced me to Kendall who would be my sales represntative. He was friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. He was very professional and not high pressure. I also had the honor to work with Ray Cio, he was extremly friendly and helpful and made the car buying decision an easy one. Overall I can't say enough good things about South Oak Dodge. I would definately recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a car. More
