They do a good job with service and are efficient. Communication seems to be a problem when certain parts are not available. During my most recent visit, I wanted top of the line GM wipers on my car (the same kind that were already on the car), but when I got home, I noticed that the wipers were cheap discount store variety wipers . I called back and spoke with a service adviser. He did not know what brand the cheap wipers were and told me they were out of the kind I wanted. He said he would call me back to get something arranged about getting the right wipers on the car, but did not call me back. If the service adviser would have communicated that they were out of the wipers I wanted when I was at the dealership, then I would have gone to another dealership and bought the best wipers. The oil change was completed as expected and the service was done in a timely manner. More
