Great Experience My husband and I were blown away by the hands-on customer service at Peak Kia. We were looking to test drive a Telluride, and possibly make a quick pu My husband and I were blown away by the hands-on customer service at Peak Kia. We were looking to test drive a Telluride, and possibly make a quick purchase. After calling 3 dealerships, Peak was the only one who had a Telluride they were allowing customers to test drive. Since it didn't have the specific features I was looking for, Shannon informed us of some new Tellurides they were getting in soon, and we were able to pick the color scheme we liked. He contacted us through text AS SOON as they were on the lot, as it was a 1st come 1st served situation. We were the first ones open site, and got the car! Justin was incredibly helpful in the finance portion, getting us in and out in under 3 hours (I've spent over 6 hours doing paperwork for a car purchase). It was just a couple days before thanksgiving! They also did a phenomenal job getting us through the process quickly enough to beat the snow, as it was just starting to come down as we left. Overall great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a helpful car salesman and finance guy that doesn't try to up-sell you on everything. More
