I gave a Great rating to Peak Kia in Littleton, CO because I went to a different Kia dealership as well as a Chevy dealership prior to buying... and was treated very poorly. The sales people were obviously part of the "good ole boys" club and didn't think that a young woman(31)like myself would be knowledgeable about cars and how cars are priced nor did they think I would care about anything other than the accessories. When I asked about mechanics they were condescending.I grew up with a father (mechanic) who taught me everything about cars and in 2012 I would think dealerships would be aware that women are the main decision makers in households these days and are educating themselves about buying cars. When I went to Peak Kia in Littleton and worked with Shannon, he was the exact opposite from the men I spoke with at the other dealerships. He was complimentary of the obvious research I had done on the vehicle I wanted, he was easy to work with, he was respectful of me and did not assume I only wanted 'accessories.' I really enjoyed working with Shannon and he is the reason I bought my car that day and didn't think twice about it! I knew I was going to buy from someone who treated me with dignity and respect so of course I would bring my business to such a professional as Shannon Nicoletti at Peak Kia in Littleton. More

I was originally told my vehicle would arrive by the end of March. I got it a month early at the end of February. That was a great surprise. I have had the Kia Sportage Turbo for a week now and it has been flawless. Great low pressure easy going staff made this whole purchase fun and enjoyable. Thanks you Peak Kia. I first contacted Peak Kia via the online chat option with technical questions regarding their cash back incentives/ special financing. I have been in sales for more than 20 years and had no desire to d with technical questions regarding their cash back incentives/ special financing. I have been in sales for more than 20 years and had no desire to deal with any high pressure sales situations. I immediately was given ALL of the details I needed(via online chat)and was emailed a quote within a few minutes. The "no bull" service I recieved was unbelievable...too good to be true! We scheduled a test drive for the next night, and the incredible service, attention, and extremeley competitive quote we were given resulted in us taking our care home that night! We honestly had NEVER in our lives experienced such an easy, no pressure, fair car buying experience. EVER! We are still shaking our heads at what a great experience we had. To top it all off- get this- we got a call from the finance guy two days after we bought the car- to tell us...this is unbelievable...that he was able to get us an even better interest rate!!!!!! Our payments were going to be even lower than the already unbelievable low rate/payment we were already given! Who does that???? Any other dealer would have done all they could do to get you a higher rate...not lower! Outstanding in every single regard! We will be buying a Kia Optima very soon...only from Peak Kia! We love our new Kia Sorento! It is beyond what we could have imagined in luxury and comfort! Thank you SOOOOOOO much! We will see you soon for a second new vehicle! We would not even consider going anywhere else...FYI...I have NEVER in my life written a good review for ANY care buying experience until now...I don't write reviews for anyone...periond.
