My overall experience at Peak Kia was great. The customer service was superb. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was given a great deal on the car I purchased. After taking a test drive and evaluating a KIA Sorento from a dealership in Lakewood (also going through financial pre-qualification process), I decided to look online to look for other KIA dealer whom ma from a dealership in Lakewood (also going through financial pre-qualification process), I decided to look online to look for other KIA dealer whom may have a larger selection of Sorento's. I requested more info from two other KIA dealers through their online websites. Within 45 minutes I received a phone call from Shannon Nicoletti. I explained my experience and "deal" from the other KIA dealer, he said he wanted to speak to his manager and he would contact me the next morning. Within 15 minutes I received a call back from Shannon, not only did they have the exact Sorento I wanted, they could save me over $50 / month from the quote I received from the other dealer. Of course I was still a bit skeptical, it could be a bait and switch to get me there and I would travel 50 miles to only be disappointed. My wife and I drove to Littleton the next day, and from the moment we got there we were treated like royalty. Inside the facility is top notch, everyone we met (someone greeted as we walked into the building and asked how they could help) I asked for Shannon and because he was with another customer at the time we worked with his teammate Sophie Pearson. She was competent, patient and knowledgeable about the Sorento and the buying process. My wife HATES buying cars because it takes so long from the time you walk in until you actually leave with the car. I can honestly say between having WIFI, popcorn and very nice customer lounge, she not only tolerated the experience she actually told me on the way home she enjoyed it!!! I love the car, we felt well cared for throughout the whole process. Peak KIA held up to what Shannon and I had discussed the night before. They are a dealership (Shannon, Sophie at the very least) to be trusted. I only wished we didn't live so far away, we would get our maintenance there as well. Thanks Peak KIA, I will be recommending you highly! More

My car buying decision was started with a lot of shopping, both at different dealerships, and online. Most car dealers were not very open to the idea of negotiating the complete deal either via ema shopping, both at different dealerships, and online. In the dealerships, I would get a lot of time waiting between counter offers on a car, and some kind of sketchy answers to questions about different features on the vehicle I selected to buy. As my car buying process moved forward, I came to realize that Peak Kia, not only know the ins and outs of the vehicles they carry, but also were willing to negotiate a deal on the new car over the phone, and more on my schedule. Through this process, I dealt with the Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, and General Sales Manager. When I did go into the showroom, my wait time was very minimal, and they have a great “Customer Waiting Area”. Massage chairs, single cup coffee machine, large TV, ect. In short, the time spent waiting was relaxing, and enjoyable albeit waiting. Going through the actual transaction for the vehicle, there were no surprises. All of the details were exactly as we had ironed out over the phone. I have (unfortunately) now bought 2 new vehicles, and one used in the last 3 years, and I was dumb-founded at how smooth and straightforward the sales process was with Peak Kia. Of all of the car buying experience I have had, I put this one by far at the top of the list for most enjoyable, and satisfying. More

Shannon & Chris were very professional and friendly during our new car purchase. They went out of their way to drive 40 miles to deliver our car to our house and sign all of the paperwork in the comfor during our new car purchase. I had called Shannon the day before we came in and he was helpfull over the phone. When we went in the next day we was there to show me the cars that we had talked about. When we went to take a test drive they did not need to see my driver license, or fill out any papers. When we got back we had told him that we thought we heard a noise, Shannon told us to go out and test it again. He wanted us to make sure that we were sure with what we wanted. Once we went in to talk about the price and make the sell, there was no pressure and it was very quick and easy. More

My wife and I originally came to Peak to just look at Optimas advertised on the web site. Shannon was very helpful in showing us the current inventory. One car had everything I wanted except it was the Optimas advertised on the web site. Shannon was very helpful in showing us the current inventory. One car had everything I wanted except it was the wrong color. We then met with Chris who was able to quickly locate a similar car in the right color that was at a different dealer. I was impressed that he was able to get hold of it for pick-up the next day. Both Shannon and Chris worked with me to negotiate what I considered a good price on the car. My only disappointment was the trade-in value I was able to obtain on my old car. I thought it should have been closer to what Kelly Blue Book was showing as a trade-in value. However, it was close enough to complete the deal. Both Shannon and Chris were very courteous,friendly and knowledgeable during my buying experience. It was one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. I will definitely refer them to others interested in buying a Kia. More

I really am glad I got the Kia Optima! I loved it and I really thank Shannon for all of his help in buying my first car!! I was not approved for the loan on my own and Shannon was really helpful with infor really thank Shannon for all of his help in buying my first car!! I was not approved for the loan on my own and Shannon was really helpful with information and also easy going about waiting for me to find a secondary. I really appriciate him allowing me to come back the next day to give him the registration to my old car. I got an explanation of how my car works and set my phone up with my car. It was a hassle free car buying experience. I have never had a dealer that looked out for me so I will deffinitly recommend Shannon to anyone I know looking for a car. I was impressed at how helpful and not pushy Shannon was. I told him the monthy payment I wanted to have and he found my car.
